This Privacy Policy explains how RTC Edge LLC ("1edge," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with the 1edge website at 1edge.ai (the "Site") and the 1edge platform (the "Platform").

1edge is a business-to-business technology platform provided to partner companies. We do not offer the Platform to individual consumers. This policy distinguishes between (a) information we collect as a business/controller through our Site, and (b) information we process as a service provider/processor on behalf of partners.

1. Information We Collect Through Our Site

When you interact with the Site — for example, by submitting the contact form — we may collect:

• Contact details you provide: name, business email, phone number, and the contents of your message.
• Technical data automatically collected by standard web infrastructure: IP address, browser type, and basic request logs.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential partnerships, operate and secure the Site, and communicate with you about 1edge. We rely on our legitimate business interests and/or your consent, as applicable.

2. Information We Process on Behalf of Partners

When partners integrate the Platform, the Platform may process personal information about their end users (such as residents, prospects, and staff) — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and communication content across voice, SMS, and email.

For this data, the partner is the controller and 1edge acts as a processor/service provider, processing the data only to provide the Platform's services under the partner's instructions and the applicable Partner Agreement or Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We do not use partner end-user data for our own marketing or sell it.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Platform and Site (for example, hosting, email delivery, and AI/LLM providers used for orchestration), bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
• Legal and safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

The Platform orchestrates third-party large language models and related AI APIs to deliver certain features. Where such providers process data on our behalf, we engage them under terms intended to restrict use to providing the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain Site inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. Platform (partner end-user) data is retained according to the applicable Partner Agreement/DPA and the partner's instructions.

6. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Because 1edge owns and operates its own integrated communication stack, end-user communication data is not scattered across multiple unrelated third parties — reducing the number of parties handling the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

• For information we collect through the Site, contact us at contact@1edge.ai.
• For partner end-user data we process as a processor, requests should be directed to the partner (controller); we will assist the partner as required by the applicable agreement.

We do not use the Site to knowingly collect information from children.

8. International Transfers

If information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

9. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses the cookies and technologies necessary for it to function. We may also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data such as IP address, pages visited, and general device and browser information, and may share that data with the analytics provider (for example, Google), subject to its own privacy terms.

Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the EU/UK), we will obtain consent before loading non-essential analytics cookies, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
